Our Story

Language in Practice was created to support schools and systems in placing language at the center of teaching and learning. We partner with educators, leaders, and organizations to design learning experiences that make instruction more accessible, equitable, and meaningful for multilingual learners.

We believe that language is not separate from learning — it is the pathway through which all learning happens. Our work focuses on strengthening classroom practice, instructional systems, and leadership capacity so that every student can thrive.
